Hellie of Meow
Meow, and Edward J. Nervo of Home Audience. The purpose is
to explore
their common interest in POWER ELECTRONICS a branch
of what most listeners would consider NOISE.
CAVEAT EMPTOR delivers a voluminous and extreme example of Electronic sound
work. Armed with only simple effects and pulse generators, CAVEAT EMPTOR
is an exercise
in cartharsis and considered a type of therapeutic outlet not necessarily
touched upon in our primary groups.
